'Wine House' Wine Bar, Southbank
A new facility adjacent to the former Castlemaine Brewery, the 'Wine House' provides a comfortable environment in which to enjoy a variety of quality wines. The project included a restaurant and commercial kitchen, outdoor terrace, function room, premium retail area and associated facilities. Extensive re-use was made of the existing bricks and structural timber recycled from an original warehouse on the site.
